Ingredients
8 oz (225g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
4 tbsp (55g) unsalted butter
2 large eggs, room temperature
2/3 cup (135g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp (12g) cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup (85g) chocolate chips

Melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.

Whip the eggs, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer for 3 to 4 minutes, until pale and thick.

Fold in the melted chocolate, then the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
