Ingredients
  • 1 box brownie mix (about 18 oz)
  • 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted (instead of the oil)
  • 2 large eggs plus 1 extra egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup (85g) chocolate chunks or chips
